Aged Care Royal Commission: representing a top 30 national aged care provider

The aged care systems caters to the needs of people above 65 who cannot live without support. Care is usually provided in people’s homes, communities, and residential aged care facilities (nursing homes). Therefore, our client, a national aged care provider, was required to follow the regulatory frameworks and legal perspectives on clinical governance issues. The commission oversees issues of quality of aged care services, ensures services meet the needs, and proposes incentives for improving the services.
