Merger of engineering consultancy with international infrastructure solutions company
Piper Alderman advised Lindsay Dynan on its merger with an international consulting group, Hatch.
Lindsay Dynan is an Australian engineering consultancy with over 40 years of diverse experience with transportation, infrastructure, and natural resource. The entity joined a global network as part of Hatch’s global Infrastructure team.
Piper Alderman’s team advised Lindsay Dynan on the merger deal. In addition, they assisted the company’s board with negotiating and implementing the transaction documents, as well as engaging with the 30 shareholders of the company on the legal implications of the deal. The corporate team was supported by the employment team, advising on the employment aspects of the deal.
With our experience, we were well-placed to oversee the successful merger and ensure that all parties were satisfied.
