When an errant builder refused to stop copying one of Sanctuary New Homes’ designs, Piper Alderman brought them to court. We managed to force them to agree to stop copying, change their plans, and pay the costs of Sanctuary New Homes. Piper Alderman was well positioned to protect copyrights because of its experience in intellectual property litigation and copyright infringement laws.
