Sanctuary New Homes is an experienced residential and commercial construction, an owner-managed business that has been building quality homes in the Central Coast – Newcastle and the Hunter areas of NSW for over 17 years. The business is proud to provide high-quality personalized complex home designs. The goal is to transform people’s dreams and aspirations into reality with customized home designs.

When an errant builder refused to stop copying one of Sanctuary New Homes’ designs, Piper Alderman brought them to court. We managed to force them to agree to stop copying, change their plans, and pay the costs of Sanctuary New Homes. Piper Alderman was well positioned to protect copyrights because of its experience in intellectual property litigation and copyright infringement laws.
