Egor is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team based in Sydney, advising on a range of corporate, securities and commercial transactions.
His expertise is in public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, private equity/funds, corporate governance and general corporate advisory. He has experience in advising on complex M&A, Early Stage Venture Capital Limited Partnerships, capital raisings, directors duties, ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act compliance and negotiating commercial documents.
Egor advises domestic and foreign clients, both public (listed and unlisted) and private, of all sizes.
He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of New South Wales where he was awarded the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence. He is also undertaking a Master of Laws at the University of Sydney with a focus on corporate and securities laws.
