Piyush is a senior associate in our class actions, commercial litigation and dispute resolution team. She has experience across a range of sectors, including energy and resources, government, financial services, technology, insurance and healthcare.
She has been involved in matters before various State and Territory Supreme Courts (NSW, WA, SA and ACT) as well as the Federal Court of Australia.
Piyush brings more than 6 years’ litigation and dispute resolution experience, including in commercial arbitration, environment and consumer class actions and complex insurance litigation.
She holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Sydney and is a current Master of Laws candidate.
