Robert Pritchard



Robert has more than 40 years’ experience as an adviser on energy and natural resources law, international investment law, energy sector reform (including structural and regulatory issues), independent power projects (IPPs) and energy privatisation and corporatisation transactions.

He is the founder of ResourcesLaw International, Piper Alderman’s affiliated consultancy, and possesses in-depth energy industry know-how. He provides expert, integrated advice on the complete range of policy and regulatory issues affecting the energy industry, particularly in electricity and gas supply.

Robert has upstream expertise in oil, gas, coal, LNG, CBM, nuclear, hydro, biomass, wind and solar energy. He also has downstream expertise in gas pipelines, electricity transmission and energy markets.
