Piper Alderman advises Carlisle Health on acquisition of Bundaberg Radiology Group

Piper Alderman is pleased to have advised its long-standing client, Carlisle Health Pty Ltd (Carlisle Health) on its recent acquisition of the Bundaberg Radiology Group, comprising multiple radiology businesses located in Queensland and New South Wales.
Carlisle Health is a privately owned and fast growing company specialising in the medical diagnostic imaging sector in Australia. Carlisle Health aims to use technology effectively as part of providing its services to patients in Australia and was delighted to acquire the Bundaberg Radiology Group as part of its growing portfolio.
The Piper Alderman deal team, led by corporate partner James Dickson and senior associate Liam Higgins, advised on all aspects of the acquisition, including in relation to undertaking legal due diligence, advising on structuring matters, drafting and negotiating the acquisition documentation and attending to completion matters. James and Liam received support from other specialised teams within Piper Alderman, including Real Estate (Mark Askin) and Employment (Tim Capelin) in relation to a range of property and employment law matters within QLD and NSW respectively.
