Piper Alderman appoints Corporate Partner Simon Davidson in Melbourne

Piper Alderman has today announced the appointment of Simon Davidson as a Partner in the firm’s national Corporate practice, based in Melbourne.

Simon brings extensive experience advising on complex corporate transactions, with expertise in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructuring, foreign investment and corporate advisory matters. Having practised in Australia, the UK and the Middle East, Simon brings a strong international perspective and significant cross-border experience.

He is recognised for his commercial, pragmatic and innovative approach, advising listed and private companies on strategic transactions, capital raisings and business growth opportunities.

In addition to his transactional expertise, Simon is recognised for his commitment to innovation in legal services, playing a key role in the development of legal technology initiatives.
