Piper Alderman advises on infrastructure solutions company merger
National law firm, Piper Alderman, has advised Lindsay Dynan on its merger with international consulting group, Hatch.
Lindsay Dynan – an Australian engineering consultancy with over 40 years of diverse experience with transportation, infrastructure, and natural resource – joins a global network as part of Hatch’s global Infrastructure team.
Piper Alderman Partner, Lis Boyce, and Associate, Egor Serov and Law Clerk Samiha Asim, advised Lindsay Dynan on the deal. They assisted the board of Lindsay Dynan with negotiating and implementing the transaction documents, as well as engaging with the 30 shareholders of the company on the legal implications of the deal. The corporate team was supported by Joe Murphy, advising on employment aspects of the deal.
