Piper Alderman bolsters restructuring and insolvency practice in Sydney

Mark Doble joins national law firm, Piper Alderman, as a restructuring and insolvency partner in Sydney.

Mark has expertise in complex and debt recovery litigation, with extensive experience in securities law and the Personal Property Securities Act. With over 30 years’ experience in corporate insolvency and bankruptcy, Mark has established strong relationships with insolvency practitioners and members of the Bar who specialise in insolvency matters.

Commenting on his decision to join Piper Alderman, Mark said:

The firm’s national restructuring and insolvency team led by Michael Lhuede has experienced significant partner growth in the last three years, with the recruitment of Cheryl Weston in 2019 and Joel Shaw in 2021, and the promotions of Angelina Kozary in 2019 and Jonathan Hidayat in 2020. Mark Doble’s appointment now takes the team to nine partners across four offices.
