Sale of telecommunications company to internet and infrastructure firm

Access Digital was established in 2005 and headquartered in Adelaide. It has about 10 employees with approximately 250 business clients. Access Digital services include data networks and voice and private cloud solutions.

Access Digital wanted to sell all shares to Over The Wire Holdings Ltd, an internet and infrastructure firm with a market capitalization of approximately $266 million. The acquisition was intended to accelerate the company’s expansion in South Australia and increase its product offerings.
