After preparing details responses to the Banking Royal Commission’s initial inquiries, Piper Alderman provided high-level and strategic advice to the superannuation fund board about the direction of and likely outcomes from the Commission’s case studies. Our team also provided specific guidance on confidentiality aspects, necessary and appropriate further correspondence with the Commission, and the consequences of the interim and final reports on our client’s business.
