Hands On SA Ltd offer employment and related support services. The company focuses on various individual and family social, counselling, welfare, and referral services to help people with all types of disabilities. The newly merged entity would oversee a sustainable expansion of HOSA’s operations in the disability employment sector, guaranteeing future employment for people with a disability across South Australia. The areas include Kingscote, Murray Bridge, and Berri. The merger has secured job opportunities for more than 90 staff and 200 supported workers in South Australia. 

Piper Alderman team, led by James Dickson, worked closely with Hands On SA Ltd on all aspects of the transaction, including issues of due diligence, the structure and documentation of the transaction, and the transfer of key government contracts.
