Piper Alderman’s national dispute resolution team appoints new partner talent

Piper Alderman has announced the appointment of Michael Bacina as a Partner in its national dispute resolution team based in Sydney. Michael joins from ERA Legal.
Mr Bacina is an experienced commercial litigator and insolvency specialist with a building, construction and technology focus. Michael regularly acts for developers, builders, company directors and insolvency practitioners.
Managing Partner, Tony Britten-Jones said he was delighted to welcome a practitioner of Mr Bacina’s calibre and market reputation to Piper Alderman.
