Acquisition of multiple radiology businesses

Carlisle Health Pty Ltd (Carlisle Health) is a privately owned and fast-growing company specialising in the medical diagnostic imaging sector in Australia. Carlisle Health aims to use technology effectively as part of providing its services to patients in Australia and was delighted to acquire the Bundaberg Radiology Group as part of its growing portfolio.

Piper Alderman advised its long-standing client, Carlisle Health on its recent acquisition of the Bundaberg Radiology Group, comprising multiple radiology businesses located in Queensland and New South Wales.

The deal team advised on all aspects of the acquisition, including in relation to undertaking legal due diligence, advising on structuring matters, drafting, and negotiating the acquisition documentation and attending to completion matters.  The corporate team received support from other specialised teams within Piper Alderman, including real estate and employment in relation to a range of property and employment law matters within QLD and NSW respectively.
