Jack Ragg

Jack is a construction lawyer, with more than 8 years’ experience in the construction industry, having previously worked in commercial teams on large civil construction projects, and onsite on major construction projects.  He acts for principals, contractors and consultants across a range of projects, including rail upgrades, processing plants and commercial and residential property.

Jack works extensively on construction matters including advising on and negotiating contracts and in dispute resolution across arbitration and litigation including in the Federal Court of Australia, Supreme Courts, District Courts, Local Courts and Tribunals.

He also drafts adjudication applications and responses under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment legislation.

Jack also provides contractual and regulatory advice to companies developing, designing and delivering construction projects.
