Piper Alderman expands projects, infrastructure and construction capability with appointment of new Sydney Partner

Piper Alderman is delighted to announce the appointment of Teodor Lomaca as a new front-end projects and construction Partner in the firm’s Sydney office, effective 2 April 2024.

Teodor has over 10 years’ experience advising on project delivery strategies, drafting and negotiating both upstream and downstream agreements, conducting detailed risk analysis and advising on effective contract administration.

He has acted for a wide range of participants in the development and construction industry on infrastructure, energy, commercial and residential projects.

Additionally, he has also been recognised as a NSW construction law “Rising Star” in the 2023 and 2022 Doyle’s Guide.

Teodor holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (Journalism) from the University of Technology Sydney.

Commenting on his decision to join Piper Alderman, Teodor said:
