Antony is a senior associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution team, based in the Adelaide office.
He has experience across a wide range of commercial and civil litigation matters on behalf of corporations, firms and private individuals.
Antony litigates for both Plaintiffs and Defendants in the Federal Court of Australia, Supreme Court, District Court and Magistrates Court of South Australia. He is adept in all forms of alternative dispute resolution and facilitates working closely with clients to achieve commercial and cost-effective outcomes.
He has specialist experience in Insolvency, Recoveries and Restructuring and regularly acts for insolvency practitioners in all aspects of personal and corporate insolvency. Antony also acts for directors and other stakeholders when dealing with distressed entities and the administration of insolvent entities.
Antony is actively involved in the industry and is a committee member of the Young Professionals Committee of the Australian Restructuring, Insolvency & Turnaround Association (ARITA).
Antony has also provided assistance to the team acting for clients in the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry, the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety and the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability.
Antony has a Bachelor of Law (Hons) and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Adelaide and an Advanced Certificate in Insolvency from the University of Technology, Sydney.
