Ben is a senior lawyer in the firm’s Dispute Resolution division based in the Adelaide Office. He has worked with Piper Alderman since 2021. Prior to joining Piper Alderman, Ben practiced in commercial and insurance litigation at a national firm, and completed an associateship at the Supreme Court of South Australia.
Ben litigates in the Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts of South Australia on behalf of large corporations, small businesses, directors, shareholders and private individuals. Ben has experience managing complex proceedings involving shareholders, directors, contracting parties, landlords, builders and contractors.
