Michelle has worked in the area of employment, industrial relations, and safety for six years, including five years’ post admission experience.
She has experience acting for government entities, large and small corporate clients, and not-for profit organisations. This includes advising and assisting in relation to a broad spectrum of issues arising under the Fair Work Act 2009, state and federal discrimination legislation, occupational health and safety legislation, and common law claims.
