Sabina is highly experienced in financial services, banking and corporate law, with significant expertise advising and acting for banking and financial services clients in a variety of areas.

Previously holding roles in a number of banking companies as in-house legal and general counsel, Sabina brings a depth of knowledge and practical experience.

Skilled in providing commercial advice to corporations and individual clients, Sabina advises on a wide range of issues ranging from general commercial and transactional law, with extensive experience in contract law, financial services and insurance, loan agreements and associated security documentation, sale and purchase agreements and service agreements.

Sabina regularly helps clients with product development, regulatory issues, compliance audits and various types of advertising and marketing activities. She is also experienced on advising on banking and financial disputes and litigation.

A widely published author and regular guest speaker, Sabina presents on a range of legal issues including contract negotiation, corporate compliance and good corporate governance practice, litigation rights and mediation.

Sabina is currently the Deputy Chair and Board Member of the Legal Practice Board.
