‘I have mainly worked with Sarah Clarke from the Adelaide office. I have valued her input on a number of deals and transactions to ensure that all likely issues are dealt with upfront, avoiding misunderstanding and ill-feeling when potential issues are not dealt with in the appropriate documentation. Sarah has drawn on a wealth of experience to assist with both corporate transactions and compliance with regulatory bodies particularly in the public, listed company space. Her timely response to enquiries and turnaround time of documents has always been outstanding.’
