Piper Alderman has advised DGO Gold on a number of strategic share acquisitions in gold exploration interests.
DGO Gold Limited (ASX:DGO) is an ASX listed mineral exploration and investment company focusing on gold exploration in Australia. They have pursued a two pronged strategy:
- Investing in ASX listed brownfield explorers;
- Acquiring strategic, global scale greenfield discovery opportunities.
The combination of Piper Alderman’s deep capital markets and energy and resources experience has enabled Piper Alderman to assist DGO in successfully developing and implementing this strategy through a number of strategic investments, including strategic investments in De Grey Mining Ltd and NTM Gold Ltd, and the acquisition of an equity interest in Yilgarn Exploration Ventures Pty Ltd (a gold exploration company exploring opportunities in the Yilgarn gold region of Western Australia identified by proprietary AI/machine learning technology).
