He is experienced in the negotiation and documentation of leases and advises both landlords and tenants in relation to their rights and obligations as owners and occupants of industrial, retail and commercial premises across Australia.
Damon also conducts legal, environmental, property and regulatory due diligence for all types of commercial and industrial properties and business transactions and assists in the negotiation, documentation and finalisation of such transactions.
