Mariah is a member of the Dispute Resolution & Litigation team in the Melbourne office, and works closely with members of the Brisbane office in relation to a range of commercial disputes and class actions matters.
She has experience working on a range of significant class actions, contentious regulatory matters, and external and internal investigations, both in Australia and the United Kingdom, on behalf of financial services institutions, mining companies and government agencies. She has particular expertise in managing complex work streams and leading large teams to deliver high-volume and document-intensive legal work, and has developed a deep knowledge of legal technology tools that allow her to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions to clients. In addition to her commercial litigation experience, Mariah also has substantial experience in the conduct of criminal matters.
Mariah has a keen interest in how legal technology can improve access to justice, and has previously worked closely with a not-for-profit organisation to design and deliver a range of projects that increase access to legal support and progress social justice.
Mariah prides herself on maintaining a proactive and transparent approach with clients, which allows her to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that align with their commercial objectives.
