Acquisition of ground support products manufacturer in mining industry

Piper Alderman has advised Normet on its acquisition of a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of ground support products for the mining and civil industries, Garock Pty Ltd (Garock). The deal team advised on all aspects of the transaction, including in relation to due diligence, preliminary negotiations, drafting and negotiating the transaction documentation and completion.
